Here I'd like to tell you a little bit about me, my career in the catering industry and everything that has brought me to where I am today.


I trained at Thomas Danby College under the guidance of David Box, an esteemed professional having worked at Claridge's and alongside Raymond Blanc. I completed my Professional Kitchen Diploma level 3.

Professional Career

I began my professional career at Malmaison Brasserie Leeds learning important culinary skills including matching flavours and textures. I worked in various sections of the kitchen enabling me to gain the experience and understanding of the way in which a professional kitchen works.

Having had a great 18 months at Malmaison I got the opportunity to work at one of Leeds Top Sushi restaurant where I was to learn more about the art of Sushi for which I have always had a passion. 12 months experience gave me a great knowledge and understanding of Sushi that love to incorporate into my dishes today.

Continuing my study of World Wide cuisine I spent 12 months working at Arcimboldo's delicatessen in Harrogate which specialises in Italian/French Cuisines. My very enjoyable year with Arcimboldo's enabled me to further develop my knowledge in new cuisines and ingredients, particularly in Pan-Asian and European dishes.

A Celebrity Twist

To add a celebrity twist I have had the pleasure of cooking for well known clients including Patsy Kensit, The England Cricket Team, Carol Vorderman and Chris Moyles to name a few.

I invite you to look through just a selection of menus I have created for clients past and present. My experience in World Cuisine enables me to tailor menu's to my clients needs which I am more than happy to discuss with you. Please feel free to contact me to discuss your menu of choice.

All my menu's change depending on seasonally availability of produce.
